Description

a) This freedom is applicable to a claim amount of more than Rs. 99 999.99 (Rupees Ninety-nine thousand Nine hundred Ninety-nine and Paise Ninety-nine only). b) One can save himself/herself from the civil decree/s or Recovery Certificate/s definitely. c) The Court/Tribunal of law is duty-bound to dismiss the case/liability as per law. d) The cases connected with the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 and Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act, 1993, (earlier known as Recovery of Debts Due to Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 1993).
